You have an informal conversation with a visitor who is new to your neighborhood. Speak naturally. Use short notes, but do not read a complete prepared text.

Talk about a supermarket, park, school, restaurant, or another place near your home.

Locate them

Use near, next to, across from, or on the corner.

Interact

Answer the visitor and ask your own questions. This must feel like a conversation.
