PURPOSE: to share information related to Colombian traditional dishes

PROMPT: Next month, the ITM and the Language Center are celebrating the international "Master Chef" Colombia. Because of this celebration, they have decided to invite the ITM community to participate in a cooking competition to select the best representatives of the ITM for "Master Chef." However, before they can decide who will participate in the selection process, they have decided to first test how much those potential competitors know about Colombian traditional food and its cooking methods.

INSTRUCTIONS: In your text, you must:

Begin with an engaging introduction that presents the topic of Colombian traditional food.
Describe two Colombian traditional dishes, including their region of origin and importance for the region.
Provide information about their main ingredients, quantities, and nutritional value.
Write the recipes clearly and in an organized way.
Aim for around 170 words. This target guides quality, but it never blocks delivery.

Opening example

Traditional Colombian dishes are more than meals: they represent the history, geography, and traditions of different regions. In this publication, I will present two dishes that show how Colombian communities transform local ingredients into meaningful recipes.

This opening presents the general topic, connects food with culture, and announces the two-dish focus. Continue with your own dishes, evidence, and organization.

Avoid a very general opening: "Colombia has many traditional dishes. They are delicious and popular."
