Challenge 1 · Sort

Fill the Two Market Baskets

Can you count the food directly, or do you need a unit such as some, a cup of, a slice of, or a bottle of?

1
Drag a picture into a basket. On a phone or with a keyboard, tap a picture and then tap the basket. If it does not belong there, you will see why.

Countable

I can count them: one egg, two eggs.

Uncountable

I measure it: some rice, a cup of rice.

Excellent sorting! The Measure challenge is now unlocked.

Challenge 2 · Measure

Choose the Phrase That Sounds Natural

Look at the picture, read the sentence, and choose the best quantity phrase. Wrong choices also explain the rule.
