Task Cycle

Activity Rounds

Follow the rounds in order. The teacher can stop after any round for quick pronunciation or grammar feedback.

  1. Activity brainstormTeams make two lists: staying in and going out activities.
  2. Class pollStudents interview classmates: What do you do in your free time? How often do you go out?
  3. Data wallTeams count answers and place the top five activities on the board.
  4. Reason discussionTeams explain why the top activities are popular using simple adjectives.
  5. Class decisionThe class chooses the best low-cost activity for next weekend.
