Task Cycle

Activity Rounds

Follow the rounds in order. The teacher can stop after any round for quick pronunciation or grammar feedback.

  1. Genre stationTeams sort genres: comedy, drama, news, sports, reality shows, cartoons.
  2. Interview scriptStudents write four questions for a TV habits interview.
  3. Go-around surveyInterviewers ask classmates and record frequency, favorite genre and viewing place.
  4. Country comparisonTeams imagine or research one country and choose a popular genre to compare.
  5. Interview showTeams perform a host-guest interview using real class data.
