Game instructions

How The Decision Room Works

The class receives one Unit 6 problem. Every student writes a practical decision, the teacher chooses the strongest answers as finalists, and the group votes for the solution that gives the clearest advice.

01

Teacher creates the room

The teacher signs in, creates one live room, and shares the room code or student link with the class.

02

Students join and wait

Students sign in, enter the room code, write their name, and wait until the teacher launches the scenario.

03

Teacher launches a scenario

The scenario is a real schedule, plan, advice, or decision problem connected to Unit 6.

04

Students write one decision

Each answer must include a decision, a reason, and Unit 6 language such as should, could, will, be going to, or a future arrangement.

05

Teacher chooses finalists

The teacher reads the answers, discusses strong language, and nominates two to four finalists for the class vote.

06

The class votes and discusses

Students vote for the strongest decision. The winning answer becomes the class recommendation for that scenario.

Strong answer model

Olivia should protect the rehearsal because it is already confirmed. She could ask the producer to finish earlier, and she will call her mother if the evening plan changes.
